Founder & CEO
I started OverLand Lawn and Landscape over a decade ago with a focus on building something reliable, straightforward, and rooted in enriching the lives of the people around me, my employees, and the local community. I’m passionate about business ownership, entrepreneurship, and personal development.
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Professional Sales and Marketing, and bring over 15 years of hands-on experience in landscape construction and maintenance. I got my start in Summit County executing large scale landscape projects, and in 2015, I brought that experience back to my hometown of Ogden.
I am a Certified Irrigation Technician, WeatherTRAK Certified, and hold both a Utah General Contractor’s License and a Utah Landscape Contractor’s License.
At OverLand, we specialize in irrigation, maintenance, large-scale property care, and landscape enhancements. I take pride in running a tight, accountable operation with clear communication, dependable scheduling, and a high standard of work.
Whether it’s a full installation or ongoing service, the goal is always the same - to do it right and make it last.
Outside of work, I’m a dad first, and everything I build, including this business, is focused on creating something that stands the test of time.

Chief operating officer
I’ve built my career around helping scale and strengthen operations at OverLand Lawn & Landscape, with a focus on creating systems that are reliable, efficient, and built for real world execution. I’m driven by leadership, operational strategy, and creating processes that actually hold up in the field.
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and bring around six years of hands-on experience in landscaping, construction, and field operations. My background is rooted in landscape installations, including site layout, material coordination, and building projects from the ground up with precision and intent. I understand how jobs are built, not just managed. I also bring solid irrigation experience, including system troubleshooting, mainline and lateral repairs, and working with WeatherTRAK controllers.
Our work centers on keeping large property portfolios running at a high level through maintenance, irrigation management, and landscape enhancements. I oversee multiple teams and regions, ensuring clear communication, strong accountability, and consistent execution across the board.
Whether it’s building out a project, solving a field issue, or improving a system, the goal is simple. Do it right, make it last, and keep raising the standard.
Outside of work, I’m focused on growth, building meaningful systems, and creating something that stands the test of time.

Office Manager
I’ve been part of the OverLand Lawn and Landscape team for over six years now, working as the Office Manager and helping keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. With my background in bookkeeping, transcription, and both personal and commercial insurance, I handle many of the day-to-day details that keep the business on track.
I really enjoy staying organized, working with clients, and ensuring both our customers and team have a great experience. Being reliable and detail-oriented is important to me, and I’m always looking for ways to support the company’s growth and success.
It means a lot to be part of building something we’re proud of—especially a company that focuses on quality work and strong relationships with our customers. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me outside or spending time in my favorite role—being a mom.

Office Administrator
I’m a newer member of the OverLand team and have loved getting to be part of such a supportive, growth-focused environment. The emphasis on teamwork and continuous improvement makes it an exciting place to work every day! With a background in the service industry, I’ve built my career around organization, and customer service, and I genuinely enjoy creating positive experiences for others.
When I’m not working, you can usually find me shooting film photography, out on a hiking trail, or paddle boarding. I was born and raised in Utah, and feel lucky to have such close access to our valuable resources! Being with OverLand offers me the opportunity to blend my career with what I love.

I’m someone who likes staying busy and making the most of my time. I enjoy working with people, solving problems as they come up, and figuring things out on the fly. I tend to be pretty hands-on and like being involved rather than just sitting back.
Outside of work, I’m focused on building a better future for myself and my family. I’m interested in growing all aspects of my life, golf, and creating things of my own. I like learning new things—especially when it comes to business, helping people, and all things pertaining to the pursuit of happiness.
I’d say I’m dependable, easy to get along with, and always looking for ways to improve and move forward.

I grew up in what I like to call the “outside generation”. A time when most days were spent outdoors building, exploring, and working with your hands. That early connection to nature shaped my appreciation for the landscape and eventually led me to a career creating outdoor spaces for others to enjoy.
I bring that same mindset to every project. I believe a well designed landscape should feel natural, functional, and built to be lived in. Whether it’s a backyard gathering space, a clean and well maintained property, or a place where families can spend more time outside.
When I’m not working, I’m usually still outside. I enjoy snowboarding in the winter and mountain biking and hiking in the warmer months. Music is another big passion, and it often fuels long workdays and my time spent in the mountains.
For me, landscaping isn’t just a job. It’s a way to help people connect with the outdoors the same way I always have.

Account Manager
I’ve been with OverLand Lawn and Landscape for about a year and a half. What I really enjoy about being here is the balance we’ve built as a team! There’s a strong can-do attitude, but we also know how to have a good laugh while getting the job done. At the same time, we take a lot of pride in the quality and care we put into every service we provide.
When I’m not at work, you’ll usually find me working on cars or heading out on coffee dates with my wife. On the weekends, I enjoy getting outdoors—camping, fishing, and making the most of the time to recharge.

I’m a hardworking landscaping professional with a strong attention to detail and a passion for clean, well maintained outdoor spaces. I take pride in reliable service and making sure every job is done right, so my clients can enjoy a property they feel good about.
At 33, I’m a proud husband, and dad of two, and I bring those same values of responsibility, care, and consistency into my work every day. I also have experience operating equipment and heavy machinery, which allows me to take on a wider range of projects with confidence and efficiency.

I’ve always enjoyed working outdoors and staying active, and landscaping has been a natural fit for me. I have hands-on experience in new construction projects as well as maintaining HOA communities at a local ski resort, where keeping properties clean, consistent, and looking their best is a top priority. I’m comfortable working in a variety of environments and understand the importance of both quality work and reliability on every job.
Growing up in a small town, I spent most of my time playing sports and helping my dad with hands-on construction projects. That background taught me the value of hard work, teamwork, and paying attention to the details that make a difference. It also gave me a strong foundation in working with my hands and taking pride in seeing a project through from start to finish.
I bring that same mindset into my landscaping work today. Whether it’s a new build or ongoing property maintenance, I focus on doing the job right, staying consistent, and making sure the end result is something both I and the client can be proud of.

I am a hardworking and family oriented man who takes great pride in both my career, and my role as a father of four. I’m known for my reliability and strong work ethic, and I approach my job with dedication and a hands-on mindset.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time in the outdoors, camping and fishing, where I can relax and recharge. Above all, I am deeply committed to my family, especially my wife and children, and I strive every day to provide, support, and create lasting memories with the people who mean the most to me.
